organizing youth in Amagoro constituency for development. He believes in
training of youth for a new leadership culture.

Ms Phyllis Juma
Ms Phyllis Juma was in the campaign team for former
Assistant Minister for Gender, Alicen Chelaite. Her experience brought about
the realization of the importance of trained campaign teams in managing
democratic elections, an area which has been very well covered in the PLDP
training.
Mr Enaga Evans
Mr Enaga Evans intends to seek a civic seat in the 2007
general elections and believes that Local Government needs an enlightened,
focused, committed and ethical leadership.
Ms Rozaah Akinyi Buyu
Ms Rozaah Akinyi Buyu was the NARC women
representative in Rarieda constituency during the 2002 general elections. She is
also the acting secretary of the NARC Women Congress. She intends use her over
17 years in change management to offer effective, visionary political
leadership in Kisumu West constituency, from which position she will lobby for
social justice, freedom and prosperity.
Mr Sande Oyolo
Mr Sande Oyolo has been involved in pro-poor and pro-social justice activism since college days, but cut his political teeth while working at the National Rainbow Coalition (NARC) headquarters in 2002. Since then he has been involved in political training initiatives for young leaders in the East African region, especially Uganda. He is a PNU candidate for the Khwisero parliamentary seat in the 2007 general elections
